Seth was very responsive and communicated very quickly after I booked the tour. We had to work out scheduling difficulties but Seth worked out all the kinks and made for a great first time flight for my 13yr old daughter. She even flew the plane some with his guidance. It was a very fun, exciting and educational experience for us.
